Connor Phillips is a dynamic right handed pitching prospect that is expected to see some time in Cincinnati in 2024. He boasts a lot of great stuff. He brings a lot to the table regarding three plus pitches. It is obvious that the command with Phillips is a question, but no one can argue with the strikeout numbers that he has put up. If he can get his command up to a reasonable level, he could be a top of the rotation starting pitcher.
